Product Details

The OPTIV REFERENCE series ultra high precision composite 3D image measurement system is the most accurate multi-sensor product among the HEXAGON image measurement instruments. All shafts are equipped with air bearings, with measurement accuracy within the submicron range. The machine can be equipped with a revolutionary OPTIV dual Z-axis design, which reduces setup and detection time by installing trigger and optical sensors on two independent vertical axes.
